Can you tell me what laptop or PC is best for someone who works in HTML and photoshop?

I currently have a HP and I am not even sure if it is the memory, but I remember when I first customized this PC 3 yeras ago I picked above and beyond. HOWEVER I heard apple's are good for those who work in photoshop and html.

I own a vintage online store and am constantly editing photos and creating layouts.
